I'm also getting an error when trying to enter the promo code. Promo issue resolved by clearing cookies and entering email first and then promo code. Note: There is a warning: "Your order will not be processed if your shipping address does not match your PayPal confirmed address" which worries me but I have recevied a confirmation email from both PayPal and NewEgg US Civ 4 accomplished this with the map-specific wonder-doubler resources. This gives Civ 5 a needed element of diversity, that you wont always build the same wonders all the time. My order went through just fine and I was given an order number but no email with code yet so we'll see! One important mechanic change in BNW is that many wonders require the opener of a certain policy tree to unlock.
The US address is not added by logging into paypal directly, but instead you use a US address during checkout and entering the shipping address.
